What's for dinner? Cowboy Casserole!

Just felt like sharing what I made for dinner tonight. This is a pretty easy recipe that is super yummy! Kids should love it too. I know I did when I was young. :)

Cowboy Casserole

-one pound hamburger meat of choice
-4-6 decent sized potatoes
-2 cans of cheddar cheese soup (could probably even use 3)
-1 regular sized can of corn
-ketchup

Peel potatoes and slice in long thin slices (or however you want). I usually do this and snap the pieces in half. While you wait for potatoes to boil, cook your meat. Mix everything together when meat and potatoes are fully cooked in casserole dish. Mix in desired amount of ketchup. Once you're done mixing everything together, drizzle some more ketchup on top. Pop in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes and you're done!
