Toasted Spinach Feta Bagels

Hey folks! Please tell me my husband and I are not the only ones who crave pizza all the time, but don't want to pay the prices. They have this stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta at Domino's that is reeeeally good. I was wanting some the other day, but we're really tight on money right now, so my husband came up with these bagels, which are also amazing! I don't know about you, but I LOVE anything with spinach and feta together. Enjoy!

What You'll Need:
-bagels (We used Lender's because they're tasty AND cheaper than other bagels.)
-baby spinach or shredded regular spinach
-feta cheese
-mozzarella cheese
-parmesan cheese
-garlic
-butter

1) Mix up some garlic butter with parmesan (optional) to spread on the bagels. (I would give you measurements, but my husband made WAY too much. lol Plus it will just depend on how many bagels you want to make too.)
2) Once you've spread your butter mix on, place your toppings: spinach, feta, and mozzarella cheese on top.
3) Use the broiler setting on your oven to toast the bagels just long enough for the cheese to melt and the edges of your bagels to get crispy.

That's it! We're all about easy meals around here. :) They're super tasty. Give them a try!
