Nursing Bra Express Site & Bra Review

Hey folks! It goes without saying that having a new baby is an interesting time in any woman's life. Not only are you overhauling your house to make room for all of the baby items you need/want and going through crazy hormonal changes, but you have to buy a few new items for your wardrobe as well! Even if you're planning on breastfeeding, purchasing nursing bras may be the last thing on your mind. However, even if you forget until the last minute, Nursing Bra Express has you covered!
Nursing Bra Express offers a wide array of styles, sizes, and prices on nursing bras, so you are sure to find something that not only fits your unique body shape, but your budget as well! “From cup size A to M, we’ve got your size here at Nursing Bra Express! We have put together a selection of nursing bras to suit every mom’s needs – soft cup, underwire, cotton, microfiber, pretty, simple, exotic, and all functional!” They also carry maternity bras, postpartum shapewear, nursing tanks, and more. Regardless of which of these items you're shopping for, you can't beat the convenience of shopping from home, am I right? Especially if you're super pregnant and don't feel like hitting the malls or have a new baby!

I recently had the opportunity to try out the QT Intimates Molded Cotton Nursing Bra from Nursing Bra Express. As per their website, this bra is “One of our best sellers, this is your everyday basic cotton nursing bra with a price point that is affordable for everyone.” At $19.99, I agree! (I agree with everything else too. ;) ) It comes in five different colors and sizes 32-36A through 34-40G. (And just about everything in between!) This bra can also serve as both a maternity and nursing bra.

I like that there is an extra row of hooks as well.

Overall I really liked this bra. I have a bad habit of finding one thing I really like and sticking to it until I can no longer find it. In this case, I had grown accustomed to the stretchy nursing bras I had bought while I was still pregnant, so there was a small doubt that I would like the molded cotton bra. However, the cotton is super comfy and I think I might actually like it a little better than my current ones! Since it's not made of stretchy material, definitely be sure to get the correct size. Mine is actually a little big (my own fault), but not enough so that it doesn't “work”.

There are two other features of this bra that I really liked too. One being that it has no underwire. I completely stopped wearing underwire bras when I was pregnant because, well, they're not very comfortable and I've heard they can hinder breastfeeding. (Although I have no evidence of that, so it may just be speculation.) However, I was happy this bra still has plenty of support underneath without digging in like an underwire bra because, admittedly, I missed the support with my other ones and my sleep ones. (You know. The glorified sports bra types?)

I also liked that the clasps on the QT Intimates bra are lower than the ones on my other nursing bras I own. It hasn't been too big of a deal yet since the only place I have nursed in public is at the doctor's office, but I'd rather not have to dig around way up my shirt in front of strangers. These clasps are much easier to reach. Plus, who wants to keep a hungry baby waiting any longer? ;)
If you're pregnant, recently had a baby, or looking for a useful baby shower gift, definitely be sure to check out Nursing Bra Express for all of your maternity and postpartum needs. And, if you're new to breastfeeding, they even have resources for common questions and issues! Stay up-to-date with them on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest

  1. Choosing the right maternity bras can be tricky. But choosing the right plus size nursing bras can even be trickier. It's a challenge for well-endowed women to find a bra that would be comfortable and beautiful at the same time. Most often, if a large-breasted woman prioritizes aesthetics before comfort, she experiences back pain. This risk doubles for breastfeeding moms
