Egg-cellent

Do you hate having to worry about busting the yolks when cooking eggs? Or maybe you're just extremely lazy? Either way, I thought I would share a handy little tip from "Good Eats" with Alton Brown on how to cook eggs without the worry of busting the yolks.

1) Start cooking your eggs like you normally would.
2) Once your eggs are in, put a lid on your pan and set a timer for 5 minutes.
3) Tada! 5 minutes later (roughly) your eggs are cooked and you didn't even have to flip them!

Note: I have noticed that if you cook with butter or margarine, it sometimes takes a little longer for them to cook. I use olive oil and mine actually take LESS time. It all depends on how you like your eggs and everyone's stove is different too.
